ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Lead and oversee all Finance and Accounting functions, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax legislation, and corporate policies.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization’s short- and long-term business objectives.
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management activities.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to Executive Management and support key business decision-making processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, including the preparation and approval of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance processes.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory authorities, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage and develop high-performing Finance and Accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Drive financial performance monitoring through the analysis of key financial indicators and business metrics.
