British American Tobacco Mozambique has an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Coordination Intern

 

Purpose: To ensure that all ESA Fleet are maintained to global standards and repaired timeously as well as to provide vehicle and delivery services to other Functions within the business thereby enabling the delivery of common business goals and targets.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure compliance with respective end markets Fleet Policies.
  • Establishing and maintaining relations with both country security managers and vehicles’ service providers to provide cost effective services.
  • Through collaboration with end market security managers.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all necessary documentations for legal mobility of all company vehicles are available.
  • Ensuring all incidents and accidents are reported in line with policy and timeous follow up with insurance service providers on all related matters.
  •  Through collaboration with end market security managers, identify and implement training and developmental needs in fleet matters (e.g. defensive driving courses).
  • Generating and analysis of relevant fleet and facilities reports for Management decision making.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of fleet administration is an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy – Knowledge of SAP, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exposure working in a highly dynamic role
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation
