Job Description
The Treasury Assistant assists the Capital Manager in the management of Capital Risk, focusing on:

Assisting on the preparation of Capital Plans and Capital Stress Tests and Reverse Stress Tests;

Reviewing the Capital Deductions and Provisions;

Reviewing and challenging the local and group regulatory Capital reports.
The Treasury Assistant is responsible for researching and reporting on a regular basis the relevant political, social and economic events that may impact the Bank’s performance.
Ensure that all activities and duties relating to Capital Risk Management are carried out in full compliance with local regulatory requirements, Group requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal ABSA Policies and Standards.
