Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation and operational setup of Dedicated Offices.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely assistance and maintenance services.
- Supervise contractors and service providers during the go-live phase.
- Manage project resources to meet deliverables and MOU criteria.
- Interface with government departments to support Immigration & Work Quota, Permitting and Customs functions.
- Ensure logistical readiness and operational efficiency across all designated locations.
- Maintain personnel rotation schedules and government engagement registers.
- Guarantee compliance with corporate governance standards, conflict of interest prevention, and anti-corruption regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Management, Finance, Logistics, or another relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Mining, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in supervising service contracts and managing contractors.
- Strong background in office administration and project coordination.
- Hands-on experience in multinational project environments.
- Familiarity with EPC, subcontractor, and government relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business systems.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate constraints, and report effectively.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (oral and written).
