Duties

• Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales and marketing activities.
• Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, credit cards, and digital banking services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market outreach activities, including field visits and client meetings.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Cross-sell and upsell bank products to existing customers.
• Provide accurate product information and financial guidance to clients.
• Ensure proper onboarding of new clients in compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain updated records of sales activities and client interactions in the system.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Requisites

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an advantage.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with KYC requirements and banking regulations.
