CBE Southern Africa is looking for a Office Assistant to integrate operations in the Oil and Gas sector, ensuring efficient fullcycle office management of our client.
Funções
  • Handling of MFC and TAF approvals for subcontractors
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail, strong memory, and note-taking ability
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced office environment
  • Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
Requisitos
  • Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in administrative support roles
  • Experience in working in Oil and Gas environment is an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • English, Portuguese and required
