We are looking for a helping hand to streamline our recruitment cycle. In this role, you will work closely with me (the Talent Acquisition Officer) to ensure that our candidates have a seamless experience and that our hiring processes run efficiently. You will get a 360-degree view of how a consultancy operates, from sourcing to shortlisting.
Responsabilidades
- Job Description Management: Assist in drafting, revising, and posting compelling job descriptions across various job portals and social media channels
- Database Management: Maintain and update our internal candidate database, ensuring all records are accurate and tagged correctly for future searches
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job portals and database to identify potential candidates. Conduct preliminary pre-interviews (phone/video screenings) to assess basic eligibility and communication skills
- • Report Preparation: Compile data and prepare well-structured candidate shortlist reports and recruitment status updates for clients and internal review.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and clients/managers, ensuring smooth communication
- Administrative Support: Assist with any administrative tasks related to talent acquisition
Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Habilidades e Experiência
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese
- English is non-negotiable
- Strong attention to detail (especially when creating reports and JDs)
- Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel) and eager to learn database management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently once briefed.
