National Manager

JOB INFORMATION

  • Work Location: Maputo
  • Industry: Non-Profit Organization
  • Education: Master’s degree in development related Disciplines, economics or public policy or other social science fields is required.
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years
  • Languages: Fluent in English & Portuguese
  • Salary: Industry standard + bonus

Eligibility Criteria

  • Relevant experience in Education and Technical and Vocational Training (ETPT), Livelihoods, Economic Inclusion and Financial Inclusion.
  • The National Manager is a program leadership role, combining strategy, implementation over- sight, partnerships, and team supervision across multiple sites.
  • Lead and coordinate, vocational skills, youth employment, and women’s economic empowerment.
  • Supervise the on-site training coordinator and review training quality, student outcomes, and operational performance.
  • Ensure training programs remain relevant to labor market opportunities and aligned with partici- pant needs.
  • Build relationships with employers, industry actors, financial institutions, community leaders, and
  • service providers.
  • Review program progress and performance data, identify areas for improvement, and support
  • internal and external reporting.
