The Key purpose of this role is to operate, maintain, monitor and control shift processes using the correct tools in accordance with VPO standards (OWS, Team Rooms, problem solving, 5S, etc.)
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Interpret and implement the shift production plan

Perform quality analyzes and ensure that process quality and productivity are achieved in your shift

Manage waste and by-products on shift
-
Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
-
Effective communication in the workplace
-
Use escalation procedures to ensure reaction time is reduced
-
Execute VPO implementation plans according to standards
-
Exceed targets and ensure shift targets are met
-
Ensuring the application of administration systems and procedures
-
Contribute to your own development and that of the team
-
Ensuring that all action is executed on time according to VPO standards

Apply problem solving and decision-making techniques and principles
-
Ensure that problem resolution has been initiated according to the triggers (triggers) in OWS
-
Discuss your development plan, SKAP, trainings with supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

Have a secondary level in mechanics, electronics or electricity

Having a higher education degree is an advantage

Have an acceptable level of English
