Seeking two (2) motivated and safety-conscious Semi-Skilled Scaffolders to join our construction team at the Afungi site. The successful candidates will assist in the assembly, alteration, and dismantling of temporary structures, ensuring all work is performed according to strict safety standards and project specifications.
Funções
- Assembly & Dismantling: Assist in loading/unloading scaffolding equipment and erecting/striking scaffolding structures under the supervision of a Lead Scaffolder
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols, including the correct use of PPE and Fall Protection equipment
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area; perform routine inspections of scaffolding materials (couplers, pins, boards, and tubes) for defects
- Manual Handling: Carry out physical labor tasks including lifting and positioning heavy equipment at various heights
Requisitos
- Experience: 3-5 years experience in scaffolding or general construction (preferably in industrial or oil & gas environments)
- Communication: Ability to speak and understand basic English to follow safety briefings and technical instructions
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically capable of working at heights and performing manual labor in outdoor environments
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural team
