Education:
- Secondary education is required;
- A university degree (bachelor´s degree) in Community Development, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Development Studies, will be given due consideration, but it is not a requirement.
Experience:
- Minimum of four (4) years (with a secondary education) or one (1) year (bachelor’s degree) of relevant professional experience including community mobilization and outreach; social participation and stakeholder engagement; field support in development projects; work with communities, vulnerable groups, or local associations.
Required skills:
- Demonstrated ability to support community meetings and participatory activities;
- Experience in community mobilization and outreach methods;
- Demonstrated ability to maintain records and documentation of field activities;
- Demonstrated ability to prepare simple summaries and activity notes;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
