- Source goods and services by obtaining, evaluating, and negotiating quotations with approved and reputable suppliers to ensure optimal cost, quality, and payment terms.
- Review and approve purchase requisitions in My eProc, ensuring correct material codes are selected and compliant supplier quotations are attached.
- Maintain competitive supplier panels by ensuring a minimum of three qualified suppliers per category on the Approved Suppliers List.
- Coordinate and manage tender processes, including meetings with internal stakeholders, preparation of tender documentation, and launch via E‑Sourcing tools.
- Evaluate tender responses and manage the award process, including issuing award and regret letters and maintaining complete tender documentation.
- Manage and maintain accurate supplier master data (bank details, contacts, activity status) and prepare the annual Approved Suppliers List.
- Conduct annual supplier evaluations and visits to assess performance, compliance, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Produce and distribute monthly purchasing and due diligence reports, and track purchasing savings in AGORA.
- Provide end‑user support for purchasing tools (My eProc, SAP, Primavera) and ensure proper segregation of duties, including supplier account creation and amendments.
- Support HSSE and compliance requirements by promoting a safe working environment, ensuring adherence to HSSE policies and legal obligations, and assisting with anti‑corruption due diligence.
Candidate Profile
- Knowledge of MM SAP- (Purchasing).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Efficient typing skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and legal aspects of purchasing.
- Ability to compile information and make decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- At least two years of retail experience required.
- Knowledge of MY- EPROC, ARIBA (E-sourcing), AGORA, PRIMAVERA.
- Mastery of Trading Techniques.
- Knowledge of purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Domain of Word, Excel, internet.
- Portuguese and English — both spoken and written Good interpersonal relationships.
