Field Specialist Intern

This role focuses on developing technical understanding of tools, equipment, and service quality while working closely with experienced Field Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, testing, and deployment of service equipment.
• Support execution of field jobs under supervision.
• Monitor operational parameters and assist with troubleshooting.
• Help maintain service quality, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and operational procedures.
• Participate in job planning, debriefs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Exposures and experiences

• Diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Solid hands-on electronics or mechanical background essential.
• Able to follow directions and comply with company policies including Personnel, Quality System and Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) standards and procedures.
• Client, Service Quality and Performance focused.
• Ability to learn quickly and translate learning into practical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
