Our client in Cabo Delgado is looking for Crane Supervisor to join their team within the Mining Sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all crane lifting operations on site (mobile, tower, and overhead cranes)
  • Ensure all lifts are properly planned and approved before execution
  • Verify lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements (RAMS)
  • Assign and coordinate crane operators, riggers, and signalers
  • Plan daily and critical lifting activities in coordination with site engineers
  • Coordinate with construction teams to ensure safe lifting zones

Requirements: 

  • Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Construction / Lifting Operations
  • Valid Crane Operator or Lifting Supervisor Certification
  • Rigging and Slinging Certification (mandatory)
  • HSE Training (advantageous)
  • Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in crane operations or lifting supervision
  • Experience in construction, mining, or heavy industrial projects
