    Job Title: HR Assistant
    Work Location: Matola
    Working Hours:
    08:00 – 17:00,with a two-hour lunch break at noon.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the supervisor in handling daily office administrative tasks, including office procurement, expense reimbursement, equipment maintenance, and general office support;
  • Assist in HR-related matters, including attendance management, leave administration, payroll preparation and distribution;
  • Assist with visa applications and related procedures for foreign employees;
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters, including staff communication, disciplinary management, and coordination of basic labor dispute issues;
  • Complete other administrative and HR tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Good communication and written skills;
  • English must be usable as a working language for daily communication and document handling;
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with practical driving experience;
  • Prior hands-on experience in administration, HR operations, or foreign employee visa processing is preferred;
  • Experience in employee relations, labor dispute coordination, or staff management is an advantage;
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, professional, and a good team player.
