To manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting efficient supply chain operations.

Responsabilidades
  • Strategy Formulation and Execution:
  • Support strategic planning by using inventory analysis to inform decision-making, helping to align inventory management with the broader sales objectives
  • Operational Effectiveness:
  • Perform regular cycle stock counts (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) to physically verify inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies
  • Investigate stock variances by analyzing discrepancies in inventory data, identifying the root causes of variances
  • Manage stock variances by implementing corrective actions to resolve discrepancies, ensuring inventory levels are accurately reflected
  • Update the Kinetic system with results from stock counts, ensuring that inventory records are up-to-date and reflect actual stock levels
  • Plan the monthly and annual stock-take by organizing and scheduling physical inventory counts, ensuring thorough preparation and resource allocation
  • Execute the monthly and annual stock-take to verify and reconcile inventory records with physical counts, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies
  • Conduct detailed inventory analysis to identify trends, providing insights into stock movement and demand patterns
  • Optimize stock levels by analyzing inventory data and adjusting stock quantities accordingly, ensuring that the right amount of stock is available to meet customer demand
  • Document, report and process damaged or unusable stock promptly to maintain the integrity of the inventory and reduce financial loss.
  • Sustainable Growth:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the Warehouse environment.
  • Good Governance, Risk and Compliance:
  • Adhere to the EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability) policies and procedures within the Warehouse environments
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and warehouse safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents or injuries
  • Generate accurate inventory reports by compiling data on stock levels, movements, and discrepancies, ensuring the provision of reliable information
  • Maintain detailed inventory records to support consistent and transparent supply chain operations, facilitating easy access to accurate data for stakeholders.
Qualificações
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a team
  • Inventory management experience
  • Stock count experience
