To manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting efficient supply chain operations.

Responsabilidades

Strategy Formulation and Execution:
Support strategic planning by using inventory analysis to inform decision-making, helping to align inventory management with the broader sales objectives
Operational Effectiveness:
Perform regular cycle stock counts (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) to physically verify inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies
Investigate stock variances by analyzing discrepancies in inventory data, identifying the root causes of variances
Manage stock variances by implementing corrective actions to resolve discrepancies, ensuring inventory levels are accurately reflected
Update the Kinetic system with results from stock counts, ensuring that inventory records are up-to-date and reflect actual stock levels
Plan the monthly and annual stock-take by organizing and scheduling physical inventory counts, ensuring thorough preparation and resource allocation
Execute the monthly and annual stock-take to verify and reconcile inventory records with physical counts, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies
Conduct detailed inventory analysis to identify trends, providing insights into stock movement and demand patterns
Optimize stock levels by analyzing inventory data and adjusting stock quantities accordingly, ensuring that the right amount of stock is available to meet customer demand
Document, report and process damaged or unusable stock promptly to maintain the integrity of the inventory and reduce financial loss.
Sustainable Growth:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the Warehouse environment.
Good Governance, Risk and Compliance:
Adhere to the EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability) policies and procedures within the Warehouse environments
Comply with health and safety regulations and warehouse safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents or injuries
Generate accurate inventory reports by compiling data on stock levels, movements, and discrepancies, ensuring the provision of reliable information
Maintain detailed inventory records to support consistent and transparent supply chain operations, facilitating easy access to accurate data for stakeholders.
