Our client is a prestigious multinational company in the oil and gas sector.

FUNCTION

Will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the office, including managing general administrative tasks, organising travel (both domestic and international), providing logistical support to teams and expatriate visitors, as well as handling administrative documentation and supporting internal procedures; liaise with external entities such as banks, suppliers and local administrative services, as well as providing support with basic accounting and document control tasks; ensuring compliance with the administrative procedures of an international organisation, guaranteeing accuracy, confidentiality and efficiency in all activities.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field related to the role;
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar administrative roles;
  • Proven experience in foreign companies or international subsidiaries (mandatory requirement);
  • Solid knowledge of administration and local procedures in Mozambique;
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and document management;
  • Experience in logistics and organising corporate travel;
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently and attention to detail;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Mozambican nationality.
