About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading busi-
ness development, commercial management and market expansion initia-
tives, ensuring the sustainable growth of the company’s operations in the
ICT sector.

The role involves leadership of commercial teams, management of strate-
gic clients, participation in public and private tenders, partnership develop-
ment, revenue management and alignment with regional and corporate
strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Management, Marketing, ICT, Business Administration or related fields, MBA will be an advantage;
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in business development, sales or commercial management in the ICT sector;
  • Proven experience in leading commercial teams;
  • Solid knowledge of public tenders, procurement and B2B sales;
  • Solid knowledge of public tenders, procurement and B2B sales;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
  • Knowledge of CRM and Microsoft 365 tools;
  • Strong negotiation, leadership and relationship management skills;
  • Analytical, strategic and results-oriented profile;
  • Availability for local and regional travel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the public and private sectors;
  • Lead commercial strategies and growth plans of the ICT division;
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing contracts;
  • Coordinate and supervise public tenders, commercial proposals and
    procurement processes;
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers, partners
    and suppliers;
  • Lead sales and business development teams, ensuring the achievement of goals and KPIs;
  • Supervise CRM activities, commercial reports and performance analysis
  •  Ensure alignment between technical, operational and commercial teams;
  • Represent the company at events, conferences and strategic meetings;
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and applicable regulations;
  • Monitor financial indicators, margins, and profitability of business operations.
