Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and paralegal support to the Legal Department, ensuring the efficient management of day-to-day legal operations and workflows.
- Coordinate the preparation and timely delivery of Company and Other Special Purpose Entities’ legal documentation, including correspondence and filings; manage scheduling, coordination, and confirmation of internal and external appointments.
- Maintain and administer the Legal Department’s document management system, ensuring accurate filing, registration, and retrieval of records; uphold strict confidentiality standards and ensure full traceability of legal documentation.
- Manage and monitor the collection, organization, and electronic registration of legal data, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of digital archives.
- Support the preparation of legal documents relevant to the department’s activities, in line with applicable legal and internal standards.
- Monitor and update legal and regulatory databases, ensuring that applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and key legal developments are current and accurately reflected.
- Perform additional duties as required in support of the Legal Department’s objectives and operational needs.
- Actively contribute to the promotion of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards and culture within the workplace.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-year experience in a legal administration support or corporate environment.

- Language skills Portuguese and English.
