The financial manager ensures the economic viability of the organization by planning and controlling budgets to prevent overruns, managing cash flow to ensure payments to suppliers and employees even when client receipts are delayed. They also negotiate financing, assess the risks of new projects, fulfill tax and contractual obligations, and ensure the liquidity and financial sustainability of the organization.

Requisitos
- Technical Skills
- Strong accounting and financial management skills (general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting)
- Proficiency in financial analysis, cost control, cash flow management, and performance monitoring
- Experience with tax compliance and statutory reporting
- Experience coordinating with auditors and financial institutions
- Proficiency in ERP or accounting systems
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets;
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear and professional communication skills, including the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead or coordinate a finance team
- Strong prioritization and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage
- Relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Experience in retail, distribution, construction materials, or a similar industry is preferred
- Fluency in English; Portuguese is highly advantageous
