- Proven experience in cut & bend operations within construction or industrial environments
- Strong technical knowledge of reinforcing steel processing, fabrication, and handling
- Ability to supervise teams and ensure productivity, quality, and strict safety compliance on site
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate daily site activities and meet project targets
