JOB INFORMATION
- Work Location: Maputo and Matola
- Industry: Beauty Industry
- Education: High school
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Languages: Fluent in English & Portuguese
- Salary: Industry standard + bonus
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Visit salons, beauty shops, and small retail stores on a daily basis
- Promote and sell Hair products directly to customers and business owners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in assigned areas.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activities
- Provide market feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, and pricing trends
- Ensure product visibility and proper merchandising in stores
- Proven experience in sales, preferably field sales or beauty products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Outgoing, confident, and persuasive personality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the local salon/beauty market is an advantage.
- Must be willing to travel locally for daily sales visits in Maputo and Matola.
