COMMERCIAL AND OPERATIONAL SPECIALIST
PATHWAY CONSULTING is recruiting a Commercial and Operational Specialist to drive our business growth. With a portfolio spanning HR Consulting, Construction, and Education, we are seeking a revenue-focused professional with a strong background in business development to join our dynamic team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering (an MBA in Commercial Management or Sales is a strong advantage).
- Minimum of 05 years of proven professional experience.
- Experience in Marketing is a plus.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent negotiation and contract-closing skills at the Senior Management/Executive level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design the group’s General Commercial Plan.
- Lead the active prospecting of large corporate accounts (B2B).
- Map public and private tenders for the Construction sector.
- Acquire large-scale clients for the HR Consulting, Education, and Healthcare sectors.
- KPI-based leadership.
