Our client in Tete is looking for a Parts Superior to join their team within the Mining Sector.

Responsibilities: 

  • Communicate and ensure the execution of parts indemnity claims, including reporting excess, missing, or damaged parts and submitting the corresponding claims.
  • Report any deficiencies related to contamination control.
  • Understand audit findings within the area of responsibility and implement continuous improvements.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of warehouse processes and maintain daily compliance with established procedures.
  • Assist with daily container inspections and inventory stock counts, as required.
  • Ensure compliance with task-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as collection waiting times.
  • Support return shipment activities when applicable, including central consolidation and supplier returns.

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP EWM or SAP WM).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and best warehousing practices.
  • Forklift operator license/certification (preferred).
  • Completed Secondary Education.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and make decisions.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads.
