We offer payroll-deduction lending to employees of partner organizations, making credit simple, fast, and professional. We are looking for a driven Loan Officer to be the first point of contact for our borrowers
Responsabilidades
- Receive and process loan applications from employees of partner organizations
- Conduct affordability and eligibility assessments
- Prepare loan agreements and coordinate e-signature or physical signing
- Set up and configure approved loans in our lending management system
- Refer all loan files to the Manager for approval prior to disbursement
- Maintain complete and audit-ready borrower files
- Work closely with our Collections Officer and Business Development team
Qualificações
- Experience in banking, microfinance, or retail credit is an advantage
Habilidades e Experiência
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail
- Professional communication in both Portuguese and English
- Honest, reliable, and comfortable using cloud-based software
