Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is offering an exciting opportunity for an Administrator: Stores to join its Mozambique team. The successful candidate will report to the Specialist Inventory and will be responsible for supporting inventory administration, ensuring accurate stock records, efficient documentation, and effective warehouse operations.
CCBA is the 8th largest Coca-Cola authorized bottler in the world by revenue and the largest in Africa, operating in 14 countries and serving more than 800,000 customers across the continent.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and process daily inventory transactions, including stock receipts, issues, and returns, in the ERP system.
- Monitor raw material stock levels against production plans and report potential shortages to the Team Leader.
- Support scheduled stock counts, record inventory variances, and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate stores documentation, filing systems, and inventory records.
- Prepare routine inventory reports for the Stores team and management.
- Log, track, and follow up on supplier and internal customer queries, escalating quality and service issues when necessary.
- Comply with health and safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping standards within the stores area.
- Support regular health and safety audits and ensure adherence to company procedures.
Requirements
Education
- Relevant Certificate or Diploma in:
- Stores Administration
- Warehouse Administration
- Inventory Management
- Supply Chain
- Or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in stores, warehouse, or inventory administration.
- Experience with stock counting and inventory data capture.
Skills
- Accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain organized inventory records and documentation.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with the Planning team and other internal stakeholders.
- Ability to identify, report, and escalate stock shortages and quality issues.
- Understanding of health and safety practices in a warehouse or stores environment.
