Strategic Infrastructure Planning: Lead long-term strategy, roadmaps, capacity needs assessments, and feasibility studies for treatment, effluent, and landfill facilities aligned with ESG and growth targets.

Capital Project Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of major infrastructure projects (feasibility, permitting, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness) on time and within budget.

Plant Operations Oversight: Direct performance, uptime, efficiency, and preventative maintenance for treatment facilities, including Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and landfills.

Environmental & Regulatory Compliance: Secure and maintain licenses (waste, water use, air emissions), lead regulatory interface, oversee audits, and investigate/close out environmental incidents.

Asset Lifecycle Management: Develop lifecycle strategies, maintain asset registers, monitor depreciation/condition, and lead refurbishment projects to minimize total cost of ownership.

Innovation & Waste Stream Development: Assess feasibility, lead pilot studies, and adapt technologies for new or hazardous waste streams to support commercial growth (targeting 15–20% annual revenue).

Financial Management: Control CAPEX and OPEX budgets for projects and facilities, manage variances, track ROI, and deliver expected EBITDA margins.

Leadership & Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team (engineers, plant managers, environmental specialists) with a strong safety and innovation culture.
Profile
Qualifications

Required: BSc or BEng in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

Advantageous: Master’s degree (MBA or MSc in Environmental/Project Management); Project Management certification (PMP / PRINCE2).
Experience
-
10–15 years in waste treatment operations, technical project delivery, or industrial infrastructure development.

Minimum 5 years working in the Oil & Gas industry.

Proven track record in managing multi-site facilities, ETP, landfill operations, and hazardous waste handling.

Hands-on experience leading complex capital projects end-to-end (concept through commissioning) and driving environmental licensing and ESG initiatives.
