The Key Purpose of this role is to supervise warehouse inventory and operations, from receipt, storage and distribution of products, ensuring high standards of productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and implement the loading and unloading plan for the shift;

  • Ensure distribution loading is carried out according to instructions;

  • Ensure proper forklift management;

  • Complete internal transfer documentation between Packaging and the Warehouse;

  • Ensure daily stock counts, including beer age information;

  • Comply with all stock pre-count procedures. All physical actions (movements) must be reflected in the system in a timely manner;

  • Follow up on the entire GIT process between warehouses;

  • Apply stock rotation principles;

  • Ensure stock blocking procedures are fully executed, including proper storage of quarantined products;

  • Ensure products and returnable containers approved for destruction are destroyed according to current procedures, with safety as a priority;

  • Ensure container sampling for MBFU is carried out according to agreed policies;

  • Ensure vehicle loading and unloading comply with TAT requirements;

  • Maintain a safe workplace and put Safety first;

  • Apply 5S principles;

  • Use problem-solving tools;

  • Provide weekly and monthly KPI and report updates.

Key Attributes and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or another three-year degree in a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Commerce.

  • Two years of work experience in logistics and warehousing.

  • Good communication skills, dynamic and responsible;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills;

  • Proficiency in English.
