Job Description

PATHWAY CONSULTING is recruiting, on behalf of its client, three (3) Operations Supervisors – Maintenance & Security to coordinate daily operations and supervise maintenance and security activities. The position requires strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operational activities;
  • Coordinate maintenance activities;
  • Monitor security operations and procedures;
  • Supervise operational teams and service providers;
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards;
  • Identify and resolve operational issues;
  • Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations or a related field;
  • Proven experience in operations supervision;
  • Experience in maintenance and/or security operations;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
