Purpose of Position
– Effectively supervise and coordinate personnel across client sites to maximise operational efficiency, service delivery, customer satisfaction and profitability while ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Grade 12/N3
- Supervisory and/or management training
- Risk assessment training – A2
- Legal liability training – MHSA
Experience
- 2 years management experience in a technical environment
- 3 years technical equipment supervision experience
- Commercial/customer relations experience
- Customer safety and MHSA compliance exposure.
Knowledge Requirement
- English required, Portuguese preferred
