Join the Finance team within TotalEnergies Marketing & Services in Mozambique! We are looking for a Finance Control Manager to strengthen our financial governance and compliance.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct and HSSE standards, promoting a safe working environment.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including flash andfinal results, and explain variances against budget and previous year.
- Manage accounting operations, including statutory financial statements and tax declarations, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
- Coordinate SAP-related activities for the accounting division andvalidatesystem changes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders tooptimizefinancial processes and reporting.
Profil du candidat
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in financial control or accounting.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, SAP, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Languages: English and Portuguese.
- Certification: Accounting or Management degree.
- Specific Knowledge: Internal control frameworks, compliance monitoring tools.
