Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Supervise electricians, technicians, and outside contractors.
- Check power distribution, lighting, and backup generators regularly.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults quickly to avoid downtime.
- Follow local building codes and OSHA safety rules.
- Track maintenance costs and manage equipment spending.
- Log all repairs, inspections, and equipment warranties.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of electrical work, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of building automation, HVAC systems, fire prevention systems, electrical and generator sets, water treatment plants (basic plumbing).
- Own Reliable Car and Cell phone
- PC Skills, Office suite (Excel, word, outlook) as well as AutoCAD
- Basic budgeting skills
- Able to lead a team of technical staff as well as cleaning, landscaping and security contractors.
- Able to work occasional weekends and public holidays as roster requires.
- Must have good communication skills, fluent in Portuguese & English.
