Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Interpret and implement the shift production plan;

Perform quality analyzes and ensure that process quality and productivity are achieved in your shift;

Manage waste and by-products on shift;
-
Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment;

Effective communication in the workplace;
-
Use escalation procedures to ensure reaction time is reduced;

Execute VPO implementation plans according to standards;
-
Exceed targets and ensure shift targets are met

Ensuring the application of administration systems and procedures;

Contribute to your own development and that of the team;

Ensuring that all action is executed on time according to VPO standards;

Apply problem solving and decision making techniques and principles;

Ensure that problem resolution has been initiated according to the triggers (triggers) in OWS;

Discuss your development plan, SKAP, trainings with supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

Hold a university degree in Food Engineering, Biology, or Chemistry, or a high school qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
