DESCRIPTION OF THE ASSIGNMENT
Individual Consultant for Facilitation of the 2026 UNDP Mozambique All-Staff Retreat
Period of Assignment/Services:
21 to 23 October 2026.
The assignment is expected to cover:
- Preparation;
- Facilitation;
- Reporting.
SUBMISSION PROCESS
This specific tender is managed through the new UNDP Quantum Supplier Portal.
Interested applicants must:
- Subscribe to the tender following the instructions in the User Guide;
- If you do not have a supplier profile, complete the Supplier Registration;
- If you already have a supplier profile, access the negotiation through the Quicklink or log in to the Supplier Portal;
- Search for the negotiation using the reference number UNDP-MOZ-00969.
The proposal must be submitted directly through the portal no later than the indicated deadline.
REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION
Any request for clarification must be submitted in writing through the messaging functionality of the portal.
UNDP will respond in writing, including an explanation of the query, without identifying the source of the inquiry.
SUPPLIER REGISTRATION
If you have never registered before, you may create a supplier profile using the registration link provided in the procurement notice and follow the instructions available in the UNDP procurement guides.
Important: Do not create a new profile if you already have one. If you have forgotten your password or username from a previous registration, use the forgotten password feature.
