The QAQC Supervisor / Coordinator leads and manages the Quality Management System (QMS) and inspection operations within the organization. Reporting directly to Management, this role is key to driving total QMS compliance (ISO 9001, API Q1 & Q2), leading internal and external audits, supervising the QA/QC inspection team, managing licensee requirements, and ensuring seamless operational alignment between Production, Finance, and Key Clients.
Responsabilidades
- • Drive the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the corporate Quality Management System (QMS)
- • Monitor quality KPIs, targets, and ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 and API Q1 & Q2 standards
- • Lead internal and external quality audits, managing relationships with qualified licensors (VAM, Tenaris, NOV Grand Prideco)
- • Maintain complete document control and ensure timely uploading of quality data to licensor web portals
- • Supervise, mentor, and schedule daily work for the QA/QC Inspection team
- • Review and approve final inspection reports and Certificates of Conformity (CoC) prior to client dispatch
- • Lead root-cause investigations for internal and external Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and define CAPA
- • Oversee the Gauge Control Register, shop calibration schedules, and logistics with external calibration bodies
- • Ensure complete Work Order (W.O.) files and documentation packages are delivered to Finance in a timely manner for billing
- • Prepare and present weekly quality performance and management reports to senior leadership.
Qualificações
- ISO 9001 and API Q1 & Q2 QMS standards
Habilidades e Experiência
- • Solid working knowledge of ISO 9001 and API Q1 & Q2 QMS standards. ISO 9001
- • API Lead Auditor certification (is advantage)
- • Familiarity with OCTG, BHA, Drilling Equipment Inspection, and Premium Connections (VAM, Tenaris, NOV Grand Prideco, T.H. DS-1).
- • Strong leadership, team management, analytical problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
