MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 years of proven success in sales, with a focus on driving business growth and new client acquisition.

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong administrative skills, self-motivated, and a strategic mindset in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

  • Sales hunter personality.

  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.

  • Willing to travel regionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Develop strategic growth plans and monitor performance.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Develop proposals for marketing campaigns that support sales efforts.

  • Prepare impactful presentations and proposals.

  • Support recruitment and coordinate candidate placements.
