Job Description
Key activities
-
Daily Supervision and coordination of Centralized Account Opening Back Office activities;

Accountable for the day-to-day operations of products maintenance;
-
Daily Check and Challenge of Quality Assurance findings with team members individual and collectively;
-
Daily verification of Achievements/Target ratio;
-
Continuous development of initiatives to keep the team high performing;
-
Coordinating adjustments between back and front office in order to keep both mindset and knowledge alignment on Account opening and maintenance activities.

Continuous refresh on the best practices and Governance & Compliance imperatives during KYC processes;
-
Maintain the team operating in a controlled environment of Risk and meeting Policies and Procedures in place;
-
Sampling verification of data improvements on a weekly basis against achieved refresh volumes;
-
Ensure 100% of Data quality and meeting targets according to the plan;
-
Drive results through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed SOPs;
-
Team management on efficient way to deliver the results as expected.
Reporting
-
Provide reporting information to entire team and management (Daily, weekly, Monthly and annual).
-
Submit on time all relevant reports requested by management and the main stakeholders.
-
Deliver accurate data.
Education
Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
