Account Opening Supervisor

Job Description

  Key activities

  • Daily Supervision and coordination of Centralized Account Opening Back Office activities;

  • Accountable for the day-to-day operations of products maintenance;

  • Daily Check and Challenge of Quality Assurance findings with team members individual and collectively;

  • Daily verification of Achievements/Target ratio;

  • Continuous development of initiatives to keep the team high performing;

  • Coordinating adjustments between back and front office in order to keep both mindset and knowledge alignment on Account opening and maintenance activities.

  • Continuous refresh on the best practices and Governance & Compliance  imperatives during KYC processes;

  • Maintain the team operating in a controlled environment of Risk and meeting Policies and Procedures in place;

  • Sampling verification of data improvements on a weekly basis against achieved refresh volumes;

  • Ensure 100% of Data quality and meeting targets according to the plan;

  • Drive  results through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed SOPs;

  • Team management on efficient way to deliver the results as expected.

Reporting

  • Provide reporting information to entire team and management (Daily, weekly, Monthly and annual).

  • Submit on time all relevant reports requested by management and the main stakeholders.

  • Deliver accurate data.

Education

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
