An accounts clerk plays a crucial role in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation.

Funções

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.;
  •  Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.;
  • Prepare and process invoices for services rendered or products sold.;
  • Monitor accounts to ensure timely and accurate billing.;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.;
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for audits;

Requisitos

  • Matric;
  • Relevant accounting qualification;
  • 3 to 4 years proven experience in Accounts Clerk role;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Ms. Office.;
