Duties & Responsibilities |
• Administration of maintenance contracts for all technical equipment • Update auction lists • Assist with the sale and documentation of vehicles and equipment • Collating offers to purchase • Obtain payments • Responsible for registration and deregistration of vehicles • Asset transfers, CAP and document processing • Processing invoices for payment • Update fleet list for the entire BU • Collating unit failure data • Responsible for monthly financial reconciliations • Responsible for month end technical flash consolidation • Maintain and update admin and technical files • Vehicle licenses, fines and penalties – monitor and report as well as submit reminders to contracts • Assist in compiling contract information’s for technical projects as and when required

• Bachelors degree • 2-3 Years experience in the administration field • General transport background highly advantageous • Experience or exposure to technical aspects in the Transport Environment would be an advantage • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Excellent communication skills • Excellent problem solving abilities • Able to work under pressure • Deadline orientated • Reliable and dependable • Must be proactive and able to use own initiative • Must have own transport |
