Our client in Maputo is looking for Assistant to Head of M&A Investments to join their team for a job vacancy within the FMCG Sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel.

  • Prepare reports, investment summaries, presentations, and other documentation for M&A projects.

  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial and market data to support investment decisions.

  • Coordinate communication between the Head of M&A and internal teams, external advisors, and stakeholders.

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions related to ongoing M&A deals.

  • Support due diligence processes by organizing documentation and liaising with legal, financial, and operational teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in executive assistance, financial background.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong Excel & report writing skills.
  • Adept in IA tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
