Our client in Maputo is looking for Assistant to Head of M&A Investments to join their team for a job vacancy within the FMCG Sector.
Responsibilities:

Provide executive-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel.

Prepare reports, investment summaries, presentations, and other documentation for M&A projects.

Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial and market data to support investment decisions.

Coordinate communication between the Head of M&A and internal teams, external advisors, and stakeholders.

Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions related to ongoing M&A deals.

Support due diligence processes by organizing documentation and liaising with legal, financial, and operational teams.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in executive assistance, financial background.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong Excel & report writing skills.
- Adept in IA tools.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
