CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT
Our client, active in the oil and gas sector, is looking for a Batch Mixer Operator to join its offshore operations team. The role supports gravel-pack pumping and mixing operations on offshore rigs and includes equipment preparation, mobilization and demobilization between the base and the rigs.
THE ROLE
Operate the batch mixer during mixing and pumping of gravel pack offshore, maintaining the required fluid specifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate the batch mixer during mixing and pumping of gravel pack offshore, maintaining the required fluid specifications during mixing.

Inspect engines, instrumentation, sensors, lifting equipment and safety devices.

Perform equipment commissioning, diagnostics and functional testing to confirm operational readiness.

Troubleshoot, maintain and repair fluid-end components, engines, butterfly valves and safety components.

Maintain the spare-parts inventory and support equipment mobilization and demobilization for offshore operations.

Conduct rig-up and rig-down activities for high-pressure lines and hoses in accordance with approved operational and safety procedures.
PROFILE
Experience
-
Hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of offshore well-service equipment (level to be confirmed with the client).
Technical Skills
-
Operation of the batch mixer during mixing and pumping of gravel pack (fluid specifications).

Troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of fluid-end components, engines, butterfly valves and safety components.

Commissioning, diagnostics and functional testing.

Rig-up and rig-down of high-pressure lines and hoses.

Spare-parts inventory management.
Certifications
-
Offshore safety and training requirements to be confirmed with the client.
Languages

Portuguese.

English.
JOB CONDITIONS

Offshore, rig-based position with mobilization between the base and the rigs. Rotation, contract terms and accommodation to be confirmed.
