Responsibilities:

  • Write fluently when documenting facts; understand arguments logically; focus on fact-finding.
  • Build rapport and put people at ease; be engaging and approachable; have a knack for networking.
  • Be articulate when giving presentations; be eloquent and explain things clearly; project social confidence when conveying information;
  • Be prepared to disagree and question assumptions; challenge established ideas and views; be comfortable defending your own perspective;
  • The ability to create opportunities for customers to engage directly with the company with the aim of promoting our offerings.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
  • At least three to five (3–5) years’ proven experience.
  • Proven ability to lead event management, with practical experience in conferences and event marketing.
  • Advertising, creative briefings, campaign management and media planning strategies in line with global best practices.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
