The key purpose of this role is to facilitate and lead continuous and sustainable improvements in our product quality throughout the value chain through management and optimization of manufacturing process technologies ensuring maximum delivery of production and quality standards. Through VPO practices, this position aims to deliver super results in product quality, manage and maintain quality governance in relation to AB-inbev standards and implement innovations.
Key roles and responsibilities:

Ensure manufacturing processes follow GTS.

Control and implement the Brewing Technical Manuals and PTS.

Conduct process audits based on Ab-inbev standards.
-
Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
-
Execute VPO implementation plans in accordance with VPO standards, applying the standards of the 7 VPO pillars.

Give feedback to Brewing Manager and zone Brewing Coordinators.

Contribute to one’s own development and that of the team.

Ensure that all actions are carried out on time in accordance with VPO standards.

Apply problem-solving and decision-making techniques and principles and Verify that corrective action was implemented and that the problem was resolved.

Make sure that problem resolution was initiated according to the triggers in OWS and the flow was followed.

Support the implementation of processes and product optimization, including CAPin and VA projects and trials .

Audit area standards (quality, process and work practices) to ensure effective management of the area.

Interact with management and operations teams to ensure appropriate people are involved in problem-solving sessions.

Control fixed and variable costs, including sub-products and minimize losses and waste.

Ensure the integrity of maintenance in the brewing area.

Support production and process optimization, including testing, VA and CAPEX projects.

Apply own performance management principles.

Ensure a healthy industrial relations climate.

Manage and apply personnel practices.

Experience: Having been a Brewing Areal Manager or Trainee

Age between 20 and 35 years old.
Minimum requirements:

Have a higher academic level: Degree in Process Engineering, Biological Sciences, Chemistry or Chemical and Food Engineering.

3 years experience.
