We are seeking a Catering Operational Analyst to analyse catering operations data, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement. In this role, you will develop actionable recommendations to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset to drive operational excellence and support informed decision-making within our catering services.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyse data on catering operations, including food costs, labour costs, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
  • Identify trends and patterns in the data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop recommendations for optimizing catering operations, such as menu changes, staffing adjustments, and process improvements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
  • Work with catering managers and staff to implement operational changes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of operational changes and adjust as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and regulatory standards.
  • Always adhere to RA’s Code of Conduct.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in catering operations or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel).
  • Knowledge of catering operations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
