To plan, manage and monitor the implementation of banking operations related activities and processes in order to deliver on approved operational plans in an effective and efficient manner.
Job Description
· Key activities.

Drive initiatives in order to provide innovative solutions.

Drive CAO results through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed SOPs

Enhancements to the existing product set.

Work closely with Branch network, Risk and Operations to ensure the delivery of the services efficiently.

Manage customers complaints efficiently.
-
Team management on efficient way to deliver the results as expected;
-
CAO ROBOT management.
-
Provide support to Account closers when necessary.
-
Provide support to CAO related projects as NUIB, GEFIM and other that may be requested.
-
Provide support on account opening campaigns.
-
Control and provide advise on CAO team needs and sfaff capacity.
Account Opening and remediations

Account opening TAT 48h.

Account data update TAT 48h

Provide support in the account maintenance within the TAT of 48h

Customer complaints response TAT 48h.
KYC Validations
-
Analysis of customers KYC processes.

KYC remediations.
-
KYC monitoring.

KYC reporting
Reporting
-
Provide reporting information to relevant stakeholders.
-
Submit on time all relevant reports requested by the stake holders.

Deliver accurate data.
Education
Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
