COMMERCIAL ANALYST
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Analyze and identify improvement initiatives and solutions for business and new projects within Mozambique, Eswatini, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
- Conduct benchmarking of competitor pricing and value proposition
- Acting as the main point of contact within the commercial team for any ongoing and ad hoc reporting, providing insight and strategic evaluations of data to the logistics commercial and operational teams.
- Interprets information and data to reach conclusions and present insights and findings on the underlying principles, reasons or facts.
- Supporting and leading the contract management process for existing customers.
- Responsible for designing and maintaining account.
- Liaising with internal departments, global offices and logistics partners for opportunity development
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce.
- +3 years experience in a similar role
- Preferably experience in the logistics industry.
- Excellent computer skills including advanced use of MS Excel.
- Ability to interpret operational information
- Strong Customer service focus (internal & external)
