Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing relationship with clients.
- Maintain CRM data (once in place).
- Support marketing campaigns (social media, local events).
- Coordinate community engagement initiatives (local stakeholders, internal communication).
- Provide administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Solid base in business administration or commerce.
- Strong communication skills (Portuguese & English; French is a plus for Ponticelli’s international scope).
- Familiarity with digital tools (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, LinkedIn).
- Interest in marketing and community relations.
