Coordenador de Qualidade (QA Coordinator)

1. ROLE

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure the stability, performance, and overall quality of our online gaming and betting platforms. The ideal candidate has proven experience in software testing, website monitoring, and QA processes, ideally within the iGaming, sports betting, or casino environment.

You will test, analyze, and coordinate with technical teams to deliver a smooth, reliable user experience.

2. KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, and usability testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure all features meet business and compliance requirements.

Website Monitoring & Performance

• Monitor site performance, load times, and user experience using QA tools.
• Identify, document, and escalate performance issues or system slowdowns.

Issue Detection & Resolution

• Detect and reproduce bugs across browsers and devices.
• Report findings in detail and follow up with developers until resolution.

QA Tools & Reporting

• Use QA systems such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr for tracking and reporting.
• Generate dashboards and weekly QA reports for management review.

Industry Compliance & Standards

• Stay informed about gaming regulations in Mozambique and iGaming standards.
• Ensure platform compliance with legal, technical, and user-experience benchmarks.

Cross-Team Coordination

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and customer support teams.
• Escalate critical issues quickly and follow through until resolved.

Continuous Improvement

• Review QA processes and propose improvements.
• Contribute ideas to enhance testing coverage and efficiency.

3. CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Website Monitoring.
• Previous work in sports betting, casino, or iGaming platforms is a strong plus.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with QA tools (Jira, Bugzilla, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, CMS).
• Ability to analyze website performance metrics (load speed, responsiveness, UX).
• Basic knowledge of testing automation or API testing tools (Postman, BrowserStack) is a plus.
