HOW CAN YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

The purpose of this consultancy is to ensure effective coordination, performance monitoring, and optimization of the LMSM system in Mozambique, starting with Cabo Delgado, and to support readiness for national scale-up. The consultant will act as the central coordination focal point, ensuring that LMSM is effectively institutionalized, utilized, and sustained across all levels.

The consultant will undertake the following tasks:

 • Coordination and Governance;

 • System Implementation Support (Post-Go-Live);

 • Monitoring and Performance Management;

 • Field Supervision and Support;

 • Capacity Building and Training;

 • Data Use and Reporting;

 • Scale-Up Support.

TO QUALIFY AS AN ADVOCATE FOR EVERY CHILD YOU WILL HAVE…

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

 • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Data Management, and Information Systems Management.

Work Experience

 • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in:

  • Supply chain systems;

  • Use of health commodities eLMIS, Digital health systems;

  • Working with the government, development partners or UN agencies;

  • Field implementation in humanitarian settings;

  • Experience in training and supportive supervision.

Skills

 • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills;

 • Experience with dashboards and digital tools;

 • Strong coordination and communication skills.

Competencies

 • Builds partnerships;

 • Drives results;

 • Works collaboratively;

 • Demonstrates accountability;

 • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Language Requirements

 • Fluency in Portuguese;

 • Working knowledge of English is required.
