Job Information
Work Location: Matola Office;
Industry: Steel Manufacturing;
Education: Secondary School;
License Requirement: Valid Crane Operating
Experience: Minimum 5+ Years;
Languages: : Proficiency in English and any relevant local languages to communicate effectively with diverse customers;
Salary: Industry standard + bonus;
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes safely and efficiently for lifting and shifting steel materials.
- Handle loading, unloading, and movement of heavy steel products such as coils, billets, plates, pipes, and structural materials.
- Ensure proper rigging, lifting practices, and load stability.
- Follow plant safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and basic equipment checks.
- Work in rotational shift operations as required.
